1. Who we are

2. The products

Aromatised argan oil in five scents, sold as 30 ml singles and as the Discovery, Trio and Complete Rituals. Made in Morocco. Product images are representative; frosted glass and silkscreen finishes vary slightly by piece.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so the price shown is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout beyond any delivery charge shown. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we email confirmation.

4. Delivery and pre-orders

We deliver within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 20.08.2026 are pre-orders and dispatch from 20.08.2026; after that date, orders dispatch within two working days. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves us.

5. Cancellation and returns

Consumers in the UK have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the hygiene exception for unsealed cosmetics. Full detail sits in the Refunds policy.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach. The oil is a leave-on cosmetic: apply a small amount to a patch of skin first and stop use if irritation occurs.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
