Refunds and returns

Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how we honour them. Last updated 03/07/2026.

1. Changing your mind

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us in writing at hello@elixyr.uk and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, by the original payment method.

2. The hygiene exception

Each bottle leaves us sealed. An oil that has been unsealed cannot be returned for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons: the right to cancel applies while the seal is intact.

3. Faulty or damaged goods

If a bottle arrives damaged or is not as described, your statutory rights apply in full: repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return. Write to us with your order reference and a photograph and we will make it right.

4. Return postage

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service; the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made by Stripe to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Allow 5 to 10 working days for your bank to show it.
