Every order placed before launch is a pre-order. You are charged when you order, and your bottle is dispatched from London from 23 September 2026. If we cannot dispatch within a reasonable time of that date, we will tell you and offer a full refund.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, and delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is free and tracked. ELIXYR LONDON LIMITED is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or itemised. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. After delivery, UK consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind, as set out on the shipping and returns page.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
