Every order placed now is a pre-order. Your card is charged when you order, and your bottle is filled, sealed and dispatched from London from 23 September 2026, in the order the orders arrived.

Delivery is free and tracked, by Royal Mail Tracked 24 — usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We cannot yet deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes); if an order is placed with a BT delivery address we will contact you and refund it in full. You will receive an email when your bottle is on its way.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch: write to us and we will cancel and refund in full, no questions.

After delivery, UK consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel. For hygiene, an oil that has been opened cannot be returned, so the right to cancel applies to bottles with the seal intact. Write to hello@elixyr.uk and we will arrange the return and refund you within 14 days of receiving the bottle back.

If a bottle arrives damaged or is not right, tell us and we will replace or refund it at once. Your statutory rights are not affected.
