Orders and payment

You are charged when you order. Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Later orders go out the next working day. If dispatch is delayed, we will tell you and offer a full refund.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling, and delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is free and tracked. ELIXYR LONDON LIMITED is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged or itemised.

Checkout and payment are provided by Shopify; we never see your full card details. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Discount codes

One discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to an order after it is placed.

Cancelling

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. After delivery, UK consumer law gives you 14 days to change your mind, as set out in our refund policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
