Refund policy

Before dispatch

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch: write to hello@elixyr.uk and we will cancel and refund in full, no questions.

After delivery

UK consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to cancel. For hygiene, an oil that has been opened cannot be returned, so the right to cancel applies to bottles with the seal intact. Write to hello@elixyr.uk and we will arrange the return and refund you within 14 days of receiving the bottle back.

Returns go to: ELIXYR LONDON LIMITED, Unit B7, 52a Holmes Road, London, NW5 3AB.

Sets are refunded per bottle returned with its seal intact, at the share of the set price that bottle represents.

Damaged or faulty

If a bottle arrives damaged or is not right, tell us and we will replace or refund it at once. Your statutory rights are not affected.
